Are you tired of spending day after day on the treadmill? Are you tired of calculating calories, counting points and keeping food journals? Are you tired of getting bored with the same gym routine day in and day out? Are you tired of not sticking with anything you start?

Livefit Bootcamps in Bayonet Point is an indoor & outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutrition/weight loss planning and motivational training. You will have fun, be inspired and get into great shape. Morning and evening workout times are available to accommodate for almost all work schedules. We are located in Bayonet Point and offer awesome group fitness training sessions.

What kind of things do we do?
In short, anything and everything. We have never repeated the same workout twice…Never! Mostly we do body-weight exercises including strength training, toning and endurance. We also do plyometrics, core strengthening and abdominal work. We do athletic speed and agility drills to get you quicker on your feet as well as battle ropes, resistance bands for toning the back of the arms, obstacle course days, some dumbbell exercises, lots of abs, weight training and some things that are just off the wall (you’ll have to wait to find out)!!

How often should I attend?
My goal for all new clients is 4 workouts per week, preferably Monday-Thursday.

What if I’m a beginner and not in shape?
Our program is PERFECT for beginners and EVERYONE that starts with us is out of shape! Our trainers provide modifications for all injuries and ability levels. I recommend newbies attend 6am or 6:30pm for your first few workouts for more personal attention.  Arrive 15 minutes early your first day to complete a waiver and meet your trainers 🙂

What is the cost (investment in YOU)?
Our plans range from $3-5 per day depending on single, family or our Community Heros plan. 

All registrations include A MINIMUM of 8 hours of instruction with certified personal trainers, a weekly accountability meeting with Derek, monthly progress measurements and daily text access 24/7 for tips, recipes and support. 

Plus with our UNLIMITED sessions format, you can take your fitness as far as you’d like with up to 28 training session options per week!

What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is a positive attitude, a BIG bottle of water, a towel for your sweat, comfortable clothing and sneakers, we will provide the rest!

What if I don’t like it, is there a contract?
There are NO contracts ever at LiveFit so you are able to cancel, suspend or change your plan at anytime with 72 hours notice before your next renewal. All plans renew either weekly or monthly so you are always in control of your account.
